Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
Who we help
Foreign income: you live in the UK but some or all of your income is paid in another currency.

UK expats: you live and work abroad and want to buy or remortgage a property in the UK, to live in later or to let.
Foreign nationals: you live in the UK on a visa or with settled status, or have recently arrived.
What lenders consider
The currency you are paid in, and whether the lender accepts it
How the lender converts and discounts foreign income to allow for exchange-rate changes
Your residency status and time in the UK
Your UK credit history
Your deposit and the type of property
Criteria vary a lot between lenders, so choosing the right one matters.
Documents to prepare
Passport and, where relevant, visa or residency documents
Payslips, employment contract and bank statements showing your income
Proof of your deposit and where it came from
Proof of address, in the UK or overseas
Credit reports, UK and, where available, overseas
How we help
We find out how you are paid and where you live, then match you with lenders that accept your currency and residency position. Consultations can take place by phone or Zoom if you are overseas. Approval is always the lender's decision.
If you are buying to let, see buy to let mortgages. Most buy-to-let mortgages are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Our fee
We may charge a broker fee for mortgage advice. Our typical fee is £479, payable only when you receive a mortgage offer. The fee will be confirmed before you proceed.
