Your £50 Amazon e-gift voucher is issued within 14 business days of your friend's mortgage formally completing and drawing down with the lender. We email the digital voucher directly to the email address you provide on the form.
None whatsoever! You can refer as many friends, colleagues, neighbours, or family members as you wish. For each referral whose mortgage successfully completes, you receive an additional £50 voucher.
All completed residential purchase mortgages, remortgages, product transfers, and buy-to-let investments qualify under the programme.
That's completely fine! Just ask your friend to mention your full name and email address during their initial consultation so our advisers can register the referral in our system.
Yes! Parents, adult children, siblings, friends, and work colleagues can all be referred under the programme.
To be eligible for the referral reward, the referred individual must not be currently undergoing an active mortgage application with PMS Mortgages at the time of referral.
